Serenity Towers, a senior living community in the Cancun area.

This community (“Serenity Towers”) will be oriented to offer units, mainly for rent, to retired seniors from Canada, although retired from other countries, such as the US, European Countries and Mexico could be potential users of this community.

Serenity Towers will provide the perfect environment for personal and spiritual growth, and for the development of its resident´s creativity. It will be a place of inspiration, tranquility, continuous development and harmonious coexistence, healthy environment in many aspects will be our way of living, a commitment from our residents will help them to live longer.

Serenity Towers will be operated by Responsive Group Inc. from Canada. Company with a long experience and high recognition in the administration of communities for seniors in Canada, this will be the first project of this kind in Mexico and will help to teach the academy and the health care segments to develop better understanding in Senior care for the domestic market.

Due to its excellent geographical location, our Community offers Canadian Retirees and all those who come from North America, during their long winter seasons a warmer climate an important factor to decide where to Retire, allowing them to participate in many outdoor activities, both recreational, sports, as well as cultural and leisure, these periods could be up to 8 months according to a feasibility study done recently.

The physical and mental health they achieve with all our program activities in our community will allow them to continue achieving a healthy and social life according to their abilities and expectations.

Our community will help them to commit to participate in at least three physical or cognitive activities a week with our innovating active programs.

Serenity Towers will be located at the southern end of the city of Cancun, and at the entrance to the Riviera Maya highway

Serenity Towers will be located 10 minutes from the international Cancun airport and 15 minutes from the new Mayan Train Station, a very ambitious project that will connect all the Peninsula of Yucatan with a fast train system.

Serenity Towers has direct access to the highway that connects Cancun with all the towns and sites of the Mexican Caribbean and with direct access to the highway that connects Cancun with many Cities including the city of Merida, Chichen Itza and Historical sites.

Serenity Towers is 10 minutes away from downtown Cancun and all its amenities, and adjacent to the Tourist Boulevard and Hotel Zone of Cancun.

As of November 2023, Cancun and the Riviera Maya have approximately 140,000 hotel rooms, and it is estimated to end 2023 with an average occupancy rate of more than 80%.

The number of tourists who visited Cancun and Riviera Maya as of November 2023 was 7,096,000 tourists mainly from the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Spain, etc., which represented 30% of the total tourism received in Mexico.

As of November 2023, Cancun received 1.8 million Canadian tourists, representing approximately 25.4% of the total foreign international tourism captured.

Cancun is the leader in attracting International Tourism in Mexico, with a share of 47.5% of the total, being the region with the highest attraction in Mexico, of
beach tourism.

The hotel infrastructure and its great diversity in the travel services it offers, as well as the natural attractions (beaches) and archaeological sites(Culture), connectivity and climate the most important decision factor for interest in spending long winters in destinations like the ones we have in the Mexican Caribbean.
