Casa Carolina
El Dorado, Los Cabos
A 1,500 m² beachfront residence defined by refined proportions and meticulous execution. Five bedrooms with walk-in closets, a master suite with a private vestibule leading to the dressing room, and marble finishes throughout. A private office with direct ocean views. The program includes a wine cellar, chef’s quarters, BBQ area, and a beachfront pool. Landscaping features semi-arid gardens in harmony with the peninsula’s natural environment. The rooftop integrates a fireplace.

Dorado
El Dorado Golf & Beach Club, Los Cabos
Ten residences, each with a unique architectural concept, developed within El Dorado Golf & Beach Club — Discovery Land Company’s private community along the Golden Corridor between San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. The scope encompassed the construction of all residences, the clubhouse, the full urbanization of the development, and all landscaping — integrating the project into the desert and coastal environment that defines this 520-acre community.

Casa Club Quivira
Quivira, Los Cabos
Designed as the social heart of the community. A full-scale steakhouse, grill area, private event salon, and fireplace — all unified under a single architectural language. The project incorporated a golf practice range and pro shop, extending the quality of life across the development.

Novaispania
Quivira, Los Cabos
A 10-acre residential community set on desert dunes overlooking the Pacific Ocean. 28 residences on lots with architectural footprints ranging from 5,600 to 7,300 square feet. Each residence delivered with a gourmet kitchen, exterior terraces, courtyards, a private pool, and premium-grade finishes. The master plan integrates pedestrian pathways, gardens, reflecting pools, and rest areas along the interior streets.
A large-scale project where low density and a privileged location defined the character of the entire community.
Copala
Quivira, Los Cabos
A comfort station within the Quivira golf course, set into the slope of a sand dune. The project was seamlessly integrated into the terrain, respecting the site’s original topography. An exercise in construction precision under technically demanding conditions.
