Interlomas Viaduct and New Connection to the Naucalpan–Toluca Highway, State of Mexico

The project begins with Interlomas Tunnel, followed by Bosque Real Bridge, ending with the Lomas Country Golf tunnel, with twin bores at depths between 15 m and 40 m

Elevated Viaduct – Puerto Progreso Bypass Construction and Concession
Estación Don Nogales Highway, Sonora
Design, construction, operation, management, conservation, and maintenance of the Progreso Bypass, developed as a high-specification elevated viaduct (Type A2) with an approximate length of 2.2 km. This infrastructure connects the Mérida–Progreso Highway (Mex-261) directly with an additional 124 m each to accommodate two lanes per direction.
Project executed in partnership with ICA and Grupo Emprendedor Proser.
The project consists of building an elevated bypass along the Mérida–Progreso Highway to ease heavy-cargo traffic headed to the port. It integrates an intelligent and sustainable urban mobility design, including linear parks and cycling lanes.
Its goal is to enhance connectivity, transform the urban landscape, and strengthen Progreso as a key logistics hub for the Yucatán Peninsula, while linking directly with the Tren Maya network.

Beltrán Bridge Construction, Guadalajara – Colima
Construction of the Beltrán Bridge on the Guadalajara–Colima highway, including a 420 m main bridge (145 m tall) and a 100 m access bridge, executed with advanced engineering methods in partnership with Grupo ALDESA.
“Beltrán Bridge” consists of 2 structures: the first stands 145m tall, spanning a total of 420m, with a substructure based on piles, footings, and columns, and the superstructure is designed with box girders cast in place using the cantilever system (double cantilever) to finish at the supports with an edge segment approximately 20 meters long, the latter supported on natural ground.
The second structure is called the “Access Bridge,” which is approximately 35m in height and spans 100m, with a substructure based on piles, footings, and concrete columns, and the superstructure is considered with AASHTO Type V beams and a concrete slab.

Tuxpan–Tampico Highway, Ozuluama Section, Veracruz.
Public-private partnership for the construction, operation, and maintenance of a 106.6 km section, under a 32-year concession.
This work is of utmost importance at the regional level, as the Tuxpan-Tampico highway will connect both ports, which are the busiest in the Gulf of Mexico. Additionally, it is the first national project developed under the Public-Private Partnership Law.
The 12 m design accommodates two lanes with wide shoulders and improved signage, reducing travel times.

Estación Don Nogales Highway, Sonora
Section Length: 28 km Road Type: A4-S
Modernization of both carriageways, expanding them to a 10.50-meter crown width to form an A4-S type cross-section. Each carriageway will include two lanes, each 3.50 meters wide, with an external shoulder of 2.50 meters and an internal shoulder of 1.00 meter.
The structural composition of the roadway will consist of a 90% compacted embankment, a 95% compacted sub-base, and a 100% compacted subgrade. A 20 cm stabilized base layer will be placed to complete the pavement structure.

Río Grijalva
Construction of a Linear Park on the left bank of the Grijalva River, stage 4, in Centro Municipality (Villahermosa), Tabasco, corresponding to Urban Improvement Program 20.
Intervention on the riverbank spans from chainage 2+540 to 3+000 of Section 2. Located on the left bank of the Grijalva River where the CONAGUA wall is preserved, parallel to the pedestrian walkway. In addition to the main elements, the intervention area includes: Restaurants and pavilions, river stations and platforms, and a river station in Section 02 (chainage 2+880).

Remodeling of the entrance arch and fountains, plus a new circular plaza with benches and a remodeled museum.
Corredor Turístico – Guerrero Chimalli

Construction of a children’s park with a play island, children’s learning center and digital classroom with awning, monumental chess, esplanade with stage, vertical garden, water mirror for thematic play, swings, 40 m² climbing area, ride-on play features, outdoor gym, a tricycle path where children learn road and municipal traffic rules.





Restoration of Zacango Zoo, Calimaya, State of Mexico
Comprehensive restoration and modernization of one of the most emblematic zoological parks in the State of Mexico. The project included the improvement and structural reinforcement of animal enclosures to ensure enhanced safety, comfort, and visibility for visitors, as well as the renovation of exhibition areas to create a more natural and educational experience.
The intervention also incorporated the development of new recreational areas, including children’s playgrounds and a zip line circuit designed to complement the zoo’s ecological and family-oriented environment. In addition, the project encompassed the full restoration of the main entrance and ticket booths, improving visitor flow, accessibility, and overall aesthetics.
Through this restoration, Zacango Zoo was revitalized as a modern, sustainable, and engaging space that promotes environmental awareness, wildlife conservation, and quality tourism within the region.
Children's Park La Tortuga, Ixtapaluca, State of Mexico
Area: 4,674 m²
Construction of a children’s park with a play island, children’s learning center and digital classroom with awning, monumental chess, esplanade with stage, vertical garden, water mirror for thematic play, swings, 40 m² climbing area, ride-on play features, outdoor gym, tricycle path where children learn road and municipal traffic rules.

Comprehensive Project of the Urban Corridor on the First Section of the Zahuapan River.
The Tlaxcala Urban Corridor Project consists of the urban and landscape rehabilitation of the banks of the Zahuapan River within the state capital. The corridor is planned to extend approximately 7.32 km in length.
Throughout the route, urban and landscape rehabilitation will be carried out along approximately 7.32 km of riverbank within the state capital. Uses include recreation areas, sports zones, landscaping, commercial spaces, and a terrace connecting both banks of the river.

ECOLOGICAL ELEVATED VIADUCT
An elevated viaduct measuring 28.1 kilometers in length, featuring dual carriageways with two vehicular lanes and one central, confined lane reserved exclusively for electric public transportation.
The proposal envisions an eco-friendly elevated corridor that spans 28.1 kilometers, with two traffic lanes in each direction and a dedicated central lane for electric public transport.

The roadway connects the eastern area of Toluca with Mexico City. Once the Naucalpan–Toluca Highway(currently under construction) is completed, it will establish an efficient link to the Mexico City International Airport (AICM), the Toluca International Airport (AIT), and the Felipe Ángeles International Airport (AIFA).
Over 18.6 kilometers (approximately two-thirds of its total length), the viaduct follows the existing right of way of the México–Acámbaro railway, helping to minimize traffic disruption during construction.
This is an environmentally conscious project: it will include a confined electric transport corridor, reforestation of medians, bicycle paths, parks, and solar-powered lighting for enhanced safety. Each station will feature community centers, bike parking facilities, and retail spaces, promoting social integration and sustainable urban mobility.
